The path separator is missing after Temp. I have never seen that and no idea what causes it. Is there a file "Temp\svn-42B33AA8" left behind by any chance? You could try appending a \ to your TMP and/or TEMP environment variable, and if that works, rush out to buy a lottery ticket...
