The buttons should show up as soon as you enter a folder in the library.

Actually, the screenshot shows my D:\Development folder included in the
library, and that's where I keep all my working copies.
So your setup is similar to mine and it should show the buttons.

If you can't get the buttons, remove the library, then go to the
settings dialog->General and click the "create library" button.
