Sorry, it shows "written" in my case:

TortoiseProc.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x0200ad24" referenced memory at "0x0200ad24". The memory could not be "written".
Click on OK to terminate the program"

Some of my machine configurations:
Windows Server 2003 32 Bit
Upgraded from TortoiseSVN 1.6.16
TortoiseGit installed
