Yes, the same for me. The TortoiseProc.exe error pops up every time I close a dialog, and sometimes after clicking some buttons such as Apply.

TortoiseProc.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x0200ad24" referenced memory at "0x0200ad24". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program"

Some of my machine configurations:
Windows Server 2003 32 Bit
Upgraded from TortoiseSVN 1.6.16
TortoiseGit installed
