Can't find package registry

Hi at all

With my scritp i'm trying to load the registry package as described in
the ActiveTcl Help.
But in my case it doesn't work. I always get the errormessage "can't
find package registry".
Do I have to add this package manualy? If yes, where can I download
this package?

I'v installet the ActiveTcl 8.4.19.5 version.
