Well, the error messages explain it pretty well, I would say. In any case, you
claim you can't "connect to Server", but I would first try something read-only
like the repo browser instead of a mutating operation like commit. In that
way, you could also rule out that a working copy and its internal state is
involved.

Have you tried this? Also, can you SSH into the machine with other means?
My gut feeling is that TSVN has nothing to do with it and that the initial
error during a commit is not the fault either.
