msvcp90.dll is missing

Last week, I installed TortoiseSVN, and so far have no problems. However, Symantec's Norton WinDoctor pointed out that the program SubWCRev.exe in C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin wants to use the library msvcp90.dll but would be unable to find it. I "stole" a copy from FireFox 4 and put it into the aforementioned directory, so I am all set. However, I suggest that the installation procedure should provide this file in an acceptable location, be it the local directory as I have chosen (and a few other programs on my machine have done also) or C:\Windows\system32 (as it is called on my Windows XP SP3 system).
Cheers, Jochen
