Ruined my working copy?

Hi! I must've misused Delete: I can't perform any operation on my working copy--when I try, I get:

"Working copy 'C:\Data\My Documents\JobRelated\MWDMS\MWDataMgmt\RT\Utils' locked
Please execute the 'Cleanup' command."

and when I try to execute the Cleanup command, I get:

"Cleanup failed to process the following paths:
- C:\Data\My Documents\JobRelated\MWDMS\MWDataMgmt\RT\Utils
Can't open directory 'C:\Data\My
Documents\JobRelated\MWDMS\MWDataMgmt\RT\Utils\imos\Java\mdbsql\.svn\tmp\props':
Access is denied."

and if I try to Release the lock I get:

"There's nothing to unlock. No file has a lock in this working copy."

Using dir /Q at a command prompt in C:\Data\My
Documents\JobRelated\MWDMS\MWDataMgmt\RT\Utils\imos\Java\mdbsql\.svn\tmp I find that the owner of the three folders therein, including props, is "..."

In the GUI, everything under imos is green-checked, except for the sub-directory I was trying to "Delete and ignore," which is red-X-ed.

I can neither update nor commit at any level parallel to C:\Data\My Documents\JobRelated\MWDMS\MWDataMgmt\RT\Utils and above (C:\Data\My Documents\JobRelated\MWDMS\MWDataMgmt is the top versioned directory)--help!!!
