TortoiseSVN-1.6.15.21042 MSI closes applications when using /qn /norestart

Hi,

It looks like the 32bit and 64bit MSIs of TortoiseSVN-1.6.15.21042 force close running applications including explorer.exe when using the /qn and /norestart switches. This wasn't that case in previous versions. Is there a way to prevent this?
