I can give you one solution to your problem:
instead of using a rocket, try first using fly swat to kill a fly.
Meaning: instead of creating new user profiles, just configure the
windows event log to use less space or even clear the log from time to time.

And next time, if you really want help and not just vent your
frustrations, come here first.
