Repository interaction is handled by the subversion library, not
directly by TortoiseSVN. Please retry with the command-line client. If
the results are different, by all means come back and ask again, with
command lines used and behaviour observed. On the other hand, if the
results are the same, you're looking for the subversion users list:
users_at_subversion.apache.org.
