Thank you for the suggestion, Wolf. That is what we are doing today. However, when I do this and I right click on the file, I have no ability to 'update' the file to the repository. I can only add it, which I don't want to do because the other programmer has already added it.

I'm afraid this solution is not the one we are looking for.
