Should work now:
The checkout/export dialog now check the clipboard if there's an url
there. If there is, that url is filled in the combo box automatically.
And the branch/tag dialog copies the target url to the clipboard so if
you don't copy anything else there and do a checkout after a branch/tag,
that url is automatically used.
