How disable commit dialog pop-up path?

There is one feature of TortoiseSVN that drives me mental. Whenever I am
doing a commit of my work, as I try to manipulate the "Changes made"
workspace whether via mouse or keyboard (I prefer keyboard myself) it
persists in displaying a pop-up just below the selected path showing the
fully resolved equivalent of the selected path. I don't want this - I'm
scanning the list trying to read, especially downwards and this gets in my
way. I have to move the mouse pointer over the "Changes made" workspace and
then off it again in order to kill the pop-up if I'm not changing my
selection for a while.

How do I stop this?

Regards,
Michael
