more specifically, doing this from the Tortoisesvn context menu
fails with the same message as does the command line version
from CollabNet, version 1.6.5 (r38866).

I have both the CollabNet version and Tortoisesvn installed.

I also have SlikSvn/1.6.15 which has the same problem.

But since it works on linux, this seems to be windows specific.
I have Windows 7 32bit.
