Personally, I never close the update dialog until I am satisfied that
all conflicts are resolved, but that doesn't help you now. If the file
really is conflicted (and it's not a case of a delayed UI update),
it'll appear in Check For Modifications, and you should be able to
edit the conflict there.

I assume you mean "did not solve"?
