Missing context menu on conflicted file

I am running TortoiseSVN 1.6.12, Build 20536 - 32 Bit on Windows 7 Pro 32bit.

When I do an update on a folder and a conflict is displayed on a file, after that the "TortoiseSVN" context menu entry is missing on that file. So I cannot edit/resolve the conflict.
Before installing TortoiseSVN 1.6.12 (had installed 1.6.9 before), that was ok.

I tried to remove and reinstall TortoiseSVN, but that did solve the problem.

Any hints about that?
Thanks
