Migrating to 64 bits

From: Mark A. Olbert <Mark_at_arcabama.com>

I rebuilt my system based on Windows 7 64 bits (it used to be Win7 32 bits). I installed the latest 64 bit version of TortoiseSVN, but when I right click on a working copy folder I don't see the option to commit or update the working copy. This leads me to suspect that TSVN isn't "recognizing" the working copies I set up under Win7 32 bits.

In the rebuilding I added another hard disk drive to the system, so that working copies that used to be on the D: drive are now on the E: drive. Might that be causing the problem (i.e., is some kind of path information stored in the _svn subfolders of each working copy)?
