This is a server error (backed up by the fact that it is happening for
multiple clients), so you really need to be looking to the Subversion
Users mailing list. Tortoise is but a client.
Short version: Looking at http://markmail.org/message/ldx5u5443pvzb7sy
(first hit for the error message relating to Subversion), you may have
some disk corruption.
