Dude, Dale, not so seriously,
It is people like you who are short-sighted not the developers. No one is omniscient! The developers cannot think for everyone.
I did write several points on what is unclear.
As for 32-bit vs 64-bit, the issue is the availability of context-menu items for 32-bit applications in 64-bit Explorer. WinRAR for one has solved this--the 32-bit WinRAR has conext-menu items accessible in 64-bit Windows.
Why don't you post your rants and raves in my other thread--you will have a clear field there.
