Seriously.
Dude.
This shouldn't be a hard concept.
I mean, I caught on years before I had a 64-bit processor or OS.

To use TortoiseSVN in 32-bit applications, you need the 32-bit TortoiseSVN.
To use TortoiseSVN in 64-bit applications, you need the 64-bit TortoiseSVN.
To use TortoiseSVN in both, you (*gasp*) need both.

If you think there's something wrong with the download page, tell us
(by which I mean the TortoiseSVN developers, of which I am not one)
exactly what text you think should be placed there. Not "You should
add a note about $SUBJECT", but, for example, "I think that the
download page would be clearer if the text 'Please make sure ...
32-bit applications.' was removed and replaced with '<Insert your
proposed text here>'."

The devs aren't idiots. If they thought the text was not sufficiently
clear, they'd replace it with something better. Since they haven't,
they obviously don't see the problem, and raving about how there's a
horrible problem is going to fix nothing.
