I thought this was kind of obvious..

A 32 bits library doesn't work with a 64 bits application and
vice-versa. This is true for everything.
Not just Windows Explorer

TSVN is Open Source, if you think things could have been done better,
why not contribute and provide the documentation that you think would
help...

Flaring things up and criticising in such unthankful manner people who
are doing it for free with the only desire to make things better for
others is a rather non-constructive approach IMHO.

Contributing to open source project isn't just about submitting code;
it's also includes contributing to the documentation

I certainly hope not.. That's what's best about TSVN, there are plenty
of SVN client providing their own interface.
