[solved] global-ignores pattern for a file name with spaces

Sorry folks, I must have been blinded somehow. Of course it works. I
have already knocked 5 times in the wall with my head and for the rest
of the week you can call me "stupid\ goose" (note the escaped space :-)

As a kind of rehabilitation I am putting here "my ideal windows global
ignores line":

global-ignores = Thumbs.db *~ ~$*.doc ~WRL*.tmp *.bak Backup\ copy\ *.wbk

Actually I was testing backslash escapes and double backslash ones but
with registry setting and most probably Windows regedit does something
funny when it sees escaped white-spaces.
