Feature discussion: "Commit..." context menu entry in Commit dialog

I suggest a new context menu entry in the file list that is being used in the Commit dialog: "Commit..."

This would improve the process of committing only particular files at a single time, from the given list of all files being changed.
Currently I am using "Explore to" and then the "Commit" entry from the file's explorer context menu.

Often, I select several project folders and from the Commit dialog (sorted by last modification date) pick particular files.
Given the time the Commit dialog takes to come up with the list of files ready for committing, forking off a new Commit dialog makes this more comfortable.

Alternatively, I think that having a submenu entry with the Explorer's default context menu would make sense, too (and would contain the "Commit..." action
item).
