Reintegrate merge from command-line tortoiseproc

I am not sure how to get a reintegrated merge gui to open directly
using the merge command. I end up with the options I specified, but in
the Range of Revisions mode.

Here is my command line:
tortoiseproc.exe /command:merge /fromurl:http://BRANCH/URL /path:c:
\trunk
