That really sucks. Their probably banking (pun not intended) on the
fact that international law is way too complicated and most folks don't
have pockets deep enough to hire a lawyer up to the task. They are
probably less likely to yank around a large corporation, but then large
corporations wouldn't be using Paypal anyway.
