I don't see how this is better than the other approaches you were
railing against last week. VisualSVN requires that you acquire
TortoiseSVN separately & still keep everything in sync. How is this
different from any other client situation, whether it's a plug-in to
Visual Studio or standalone?

Also, they recommend the "latest stable release" of TSVN as 1.6.9.
It's 1.6.10 now.
