OK button disabled after error with min comment length

This isn't a show-stopper error, but I'm pretty sure it's not intended.

1. Set up a repository directory with tsvn:logminsize (I'm using 20)
2. Check out the folder
3. Create a file in the folder which cannot be committed, but don't add
it yet. (In my case, the file has mixed line endings.)
4. TSVN -> Commit
5. Provide a long enough comment to meet requirements.
6. Check off the new file to be added.
7. Click OK, see the error, close the error.
8. Note that the comment is intact, but the OK button is disabled.

At this point, typing anything in the comment field will cause TSVN to
recount and enable the OK button.

Thanks for a great tool.
