I've dragged this mail from the dev to the user mailing list so I can
answer to it.
Anyway: I would like to confirm the problem. The reason I do this is
because the effects are quite severe on my box.
The mouse pointer freezes when trying to export after creating a new
folder (not named "New Folder"). I can stop this by killing
TortoiseProc. Curiously mouse clicks still work ;)
But even then, the explorer window I was using to fetch the export
function will be dead for good (just displays the content but doesn't
interact anymore).

TortoiseSVN 1.6.9, Build 19725 - 64 Bit , 2010/06/18 16:38:36
(yes I know it's not the latest, but the changelog doesn't indicate a fix)

Windows 7 64 bit on a T410 Lenovo ThinkPad.
