Ok. So I tried the SWITCH and RELOCATE both at home (found out it wasn't
working actually - I had just been looking at it via the web interface).
The server was switched from using 8080 to 8443. I tried switching the
server back to 8080 but what I'm getting is:

OPTIONS of 'http://www.sim1.us:8080/svn/sim1/dev': could not connect to
server (http://www.sim1.us:8080)

when I try (I know it says 8080 - see next)

When I try relocate I use:

http://www.sim1.us:8443/svn/sim1/dev

on the RELOCATE command. This gives me back:

OPTIONS of 'http://www.sim1.us:8443/svn/sim1/dev': Could not read status
line connection was closed by server (http://www.sim1.us:8443)

(wait for it....)

Then I noticed I was using "http:" instead of "https:"

DOH!
