RE: no prompt for username and password

I have a similar problem going on with TSVN.

I installed TSVN under 1.6.6-17xxx. Since then my server crashed (earlier this month) and I rebuilt everything. This time I used 8443 as the port number instead of 8080. I tried accessing it from my system at work and it says TSVN can not connect to port 8080. So I cleared all of the authentication information and....TSVN still is trying to reach port 8080. So I deleted the entire SVN directory in AppData and....still trying to get to 8080. I just deleted the TSVN folder from Application Data - same result. I know the server is set up correctly because I can access it from home but for some reason the work computer will not let go of the older <website>:8080 information. I even uninstalled/reinstalled TSVN - did not work. Ideas?
