1.6.9 on WinXP stranges

Stefan and all, JFYI:

I have TosrtoiseSVN (long time) on clean XP without any SP. Today
tried update 1.6.8 -> 1.6.9.
As result I got
1. Lost icon overlays due to not starting at all TSVNCache.exe (Status
cache - default, as usual)
2. 5 or 6 errors "Can't decode entry point in kernel32" for
Sysinternal's ProcessExplorer (v.12.04) on it's start, but running
procexp.exe after all
Rollback to 1.6.8 eliminate both problems. I suppose, they are side
effect of "...several adjustments to make TortoiseSVN work better on
Windows 7".

Hope to see TortoiseSVN 1.6.10 usable on old good XP again
