TSVN 1.6.9 windows installer missing VC90 64-bit redistributables?

Hi,

I just upgraded TSVN to 1.6.9 today (installed 32-bit as well as 64-bit
versions on a Win Vista 64 bit machine) restarted the PC and tried to
commit code. That's when an error message popped-up telling me there's a
side-by-side conflict.
After manually installing the 64-bit of the VC 2008 SP1 ATL security
update TSVN worked fine again.

Now I'm wondering whether the installer misses to install the proper
redistributables.
