Tortoisesvn not work well with Truecrypt volume.

1, Assume the truecrypt volume K: is NTFS 100MB.

2, Checkout something to K:\

3, Modify something to the working copy.
    (in my test, I just deleted K:\somefile)

4, Commit, and get error:
