Error about working with ramdisk, TEMP dir

1, Install Ramdisk, and initialize the ramdisk B:. (1G size in my test)
2, set system variable TEMP=B:\TEMP
3, reboot system

4, tortoise svn checkout something to B:\
    click yes when prompt the B:\ isn't empty.
5, right click B:\TEMP and add to the ignore list
6, commit B:\

Report Error:
    Command Commit
    Error 'B:\TEMP' is not a working copy
    Finished!
