Cannot launch repository browser from Merge dialogue

I've recently upgraded my PC to Windows 7 64 bit. I find that I cannot
launch the repository browser from the Merge dialogue (second step in the
Merge dialogue process, where you are asked to give a URL to merge from and
there's a little . button to the right). I can launch the Repository
Browser OK from the right click menu options, but not from the Merge
dialogue. When I click on the . button nothing happens.

Note that I'm also missing the menu options when I try and right drag a
folder - see a separate thread opened a few hours ago.

I have both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Build 19260 installed.

Any ideas?
