Icon Overlay Problem FAQ entry misleading

On Windows XP the following sequence was necessary to fix the Icon
Overlay Problem:
- install 1.6.8
- see problem with Icon overlay
- google for solution
- deinstall 1.6.7
- reboot
- install 1.6.8
- see problem with Icon overlay
- google for solution within this newsgroup
- google some more
- do a cleanup on the directory where the overlay icons do not show

- post this message ...

I think it might be worthwhile to improve the FAQ to be more clear
on what is going on and the installation script
should directly point to this problem so that no time is wasted on
trying to find a fix. Better even an icon should show that the version
of the local subversion files is not up-to-date or whatever would help
in making sure that people get feedback on what is happening.
