Assuming the URL of the repository is the same as it was before then
the working copy should just pick up where it left off. Try
Check-for-modifications to see what is changed.

One thing rings alarm bells; you say the entire _new_ repository. Why
is the repository new? Was that on the same PC and not recovered?
