Ya know... sorry to go meta and all, but...
I found this thread doing research on this exact problem (I have yet
to try the repair install option), but between having to deal with a
wide variety of archiving systems Out There on the Internets and
having to come up with just the right search terms ("overlay" icons?
Not a term I'd have come up with) (and then sorting through 16,000
emails with "URGNT HELP NEEDED!!!" on the subject lines), I think we
ought to be a wee bit less quick on the trigger finger when
criticizing folks who have apparently not done their homework.
