Commit failing for 5GB file.

I am using TortoiseSVN on Windows XP 64 BIT with latest Windows updates. When I try to commit a 5GB file to VisualSVNServer it aborts with the error:

Error: Commit failed (details follow):
Error: PUT of
Error: '<folder path and file name>':
Error: Could not send request body: An established connection was aborted by the
Error: software in your host machine.
Error: (https://<location of server and repository>)

I get this error after ~15 or so minutes of uploading. VisualSVNServer is operating on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64 BIT.

I have tried using the static IP of the server instead of the url but got the same result.

I have no trouble importing several hundred files at a time, but thus far these files were 1MB or below. The only trouble I have is when I try to sync/import/commit a file that is several GB in size.

TortoiseSVN information below:
TortoiseSVN 1.6.7, Build 18415 - 64 Bit , 2010/01/22 17:55:06

apr 1.3.8
apr-utils 1.3.9
neon 0.29.3
OpenSSL 0.9.8k 25 Mar 2009
zlib 1.2.3
