BUG: Delete a locked file

Hello,

I found a bug when I'm trying to delete a locked file:

How to reproduce it:

- Create a file empty file : text.txt
- Add the file to SVN
- Commit the file
- Update the folder
- GetLock the file (text.txt)
- Edit the file by adding the text "This is my test file." into text.txt
- Delete the file (click on yes)
- Update the folder (tree conflit appear here!)

In this example, you got the "warning" about the file has been locally modified. But, if the file is locked in a higher version and you are using a lower version, the same bug appears without warning.
