And 45 minutes later it is not showing any sign of clearing itself.
Exit explorer and start a new instance does not fix it, nor does SVN
cleanup. But log off and log on does fix it.

Now delete that export and copy the versioned folder again as at stage
1 of the recipe. This time observe that although it is a real WC, the
context menu is for an unversioned folder.

Again, nothing fixes this except logging off.
