RE: Basic question about TortoiseSVN versioning

thanks for answering my question. Now I can revert to whatever revision I want to use. I still have one more thing I need to know about this topic: lets say I want to use rev19 instead of rev20 which is the latest rev. I can easily download the rev19 but how can I resubmit rev19 to be rev21? This is neccessary because if other developers would download the folder from the repo, they will sync to the HEAD rev which is rev20?
