Renaming WC Root - Still versioned?

Hi,

I've just noticed something a bit peculiar. I've checked out a WC into the
following directory: D:\working_copy, and everything works fine. I've then
performed the following (through Windows Explorer):

- Rename D:\working_copy to D:\working_copy_temp
- Create new folder D:\working_copy

If I right-click inside the new D:\working_copy directory, I continue to get
the SVN Update, SVN Commit options available, but not SVN Checkout.
Selecting SVN Update gives a "Skipping D:\working_copy". After about 5 or 10
minutes, it seems to resolve itself. This makes it sound like a caching
problem, but not sure.

TortoiseSVN 1.6.99, Build 18837 - 32 Bit -dev, 2010/03/06 18:05:57 (yes, I
know its an old build) - will download the latest and try that.
