TSVN 1.6.7: Context menu inconsistency

Hello!

  Add a folder to a WC.
  Right-click the folder in Explorer, notice the "Undo Add" menu item.
  Select Commit from the context menu, then call the context menu for
  the folder in the Commit dialog. Notice the "Revert" menu item.

  Expected: items doing the same thing named the same way.
  Expected: the same accelerator to be used ("v") for reverting the
  action in both menus.
