I wish to update a set of folders from Sourceforge

Hi,

I wish to update some files I have on my computer with the ones from
Source forge.

The Sourceforge address is:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/cmusphinx/develop

and the SVN command is:

svn co https://cmusphinx.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/cmusphinx
cmusphinx

My own folder is C:\ASR\Sphinx4 that is all the sphinx sub folders are
in that.

I want to right click on my Sphinx4 folder and update it daily.

How do I accomplish this, I have read the manual and the other posts
without getting satisfaction.
