Bug in "create patch" in nightly build 18666 - files missing

Hi,

i have created a patch on a solution that coonatins several thound files.
Some oft hem have been deleted, some have been modified, and some have been
added. The "create patch" dialog shows them all, but the created patch does
only contain the modified and the deleted files, but the added files are not
included in the patch file.

I investigated this issue and discovered that files, which are not yet added
to the repository are included in patches. But files, which have are new and
already have been added to the repository are missing in patch files. This
is a really annoying bug.

This bug also happens in nightly build 18666.
