Automation command:merge parameters are not adhered to

Hello,

The parameter /fromurl:URL for the command:merge using tortoiseproc.exe does not correctly function.
It does not populate the "URL to merge from" box.

The other parameters I have tried work as intended. Just this one box does not function correctly.
The parameter does not seem to be working at all, as if it was not included.

Purpose:
I wrote my own UI to handle merging.
I want to use TortoiseSVN to handle merges when conflicts occur so the user feels more empowered.
I want to open TortoiseSVN with the merge properties preset so the user has a friendly experience.

Example Command Line:
tortoiseproc.exe /command:merge /path:"C:\Branch\" /fromurl:"https://svn-repo.example.com/svn/NewBranch" /revrange:6833
