* Select all the files you want to rename
* right-drag them a little bit
* release the right mouse button while still in the same folder
* choose "SVN Move files to here"

Now, since the target files already exist (i.e., you're moving the files
to the same directory, which means source and dest path are the same),
TSVN will ask you to specify a new name for every file.
