Log data is incomplete

To The Tortoise SVN Development Team:

The SVN log does not show all revisions associated with a specific commit
message.

I completed five operations associated with a message number 168739: three
deletions, two commits. When I requested the log only the deletions were
displayed. In other words, my two commits did not show up in the log.

The version of Tortoise SVN is this one:

TortoiseSVN-1.6.7.18415-win32-svn-1.6.9.msi

This should be the most recent version of Tortoise.
